Day 30 - Swiss Deviation Speed

A very early start across the border in Besançon by train brings the hiker back after a month spent elsewhere. Almost as if it were yesterday, the hike resumes across hills and peaking at the Mont Racine. Winding paths lead down to Lake Neuchâtel where the acquired endurance shows its value. Considerably more than an average day’s hike comes to a close on the lakeside campsite, for the physically tired voyageuer to recharge his batteries.
