Day 44 - Full Speed Ahead

Fresh from a surprisingly good night’s rest, the morning consists of many a hill ascended and subsequently descended. After a pleasant stop in the town of Modane, an early Pad Thai for dinner in Valfréjus provides the energy needed to hike until sunset. With a clear sky, nothing but a few animals for miles and the inside of the narrow tent layed out to prevent cold feet, the day is rounded off in an excellent manner.
