Day 48 - Welcome Points of Interest

Feeling fully recharged after a quiet night by the river, an ancient stone bridge is crossed on the way back up to the familiar heights past old barracks and fortresses. A disappointing selection at the only open grocery store in Larche is made up for with a lunch menu at a local restaurant. An intense incline past furthermore mountain lakes and military barracks culminates in a descent to a small refuge for a local beer. A small, flat spot is found not far downstream and provides a quiet bviouaking shelter for the night.
